• This role requires a subject matter expert (SME) to know about the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) process.
• Responsible for the solution architecture, identifying business scenarios, configure new environment scope for COUPA implementation.
• Prepare test cases and test scripts
• Handling COUPA integration errors with NetSuite(ERP system) & Netsuite knowledge
• Candidate should have good knowledge in the area of COUPA Rollout and Support
• Should have working experience in New Company code setup including Shipping address, Chart of Accounts, User roles.
• Setting up Budget lines, Budget Checks, Catalogues, Commodity Code
• Experience in setting up of Purchase Requisition / Shopping Cart, Approval Process, Receipt, iRequest & Open Buy
• Good knowledge in Purchase Outputs
• Working expense in creation and mapping of custom fields in COUPA
• Working experience in Mass Upload Master and Transaction Data
