As we continue expanding across Asia, we're looking for an execution-focused CountrySales Manager to lead Yellowbox's presence in India. This role will be based in India and will own the region locally, while working in close daily collaboration with our Australian commercial, operations, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own Yellowbox's India Market - Lead Yellowbox's growth across India, identifying priority sectors, target accounts, channel opportunities, and expansion strategies.
- Identify Target Prospects - Conduct research to uncover high-potential clients, including commercial office buildings, corporate tenants, workplace teams, and enterprise organisations.
- Client Engagement - Initiate contact with new leads, schedule and conduct product demonstrations, consult on industry best practices, and guide stakeholders through the sales cycle.
- Relationship Building - Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, channel partners, distributors, architects, consultants, and workplace technology stakeholders.
- Sales Funnel Management - Maintain an up-to-date CRM to track leads, opportunities, deal progress, forecasting, and post-sale engagement.
- Partner Development - Build and activate a network of official Yellowbox distributors and resellers to accelerate scale across India.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial workplace software, workplace technology, access control, IoT, proptech, or related sectors
- Proven success managing both direct sales and channel partner relationships
- Experience owning a country market or territory with clear pipeline and revenue accountability
- Strong project management and operational skills, including hardware, software, or systems deployment oversight
- Experience with CRMs, sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Willingness to travel across India for client meetings, site visits, partner meetings, and trade shows
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced global company
