Job Title: Country Revenue & Reservations Manager India

United Hospitality Management (UHM) is an international hotel management company with a growing presence across the Middle East, Europe, and India. As part of our India expansion strategy, we are building a strong commercial foundation to optimize revenue performance, distribution strategy, and centralized reservations management across our hotel portfolio.

Role Overview

The Country Revenue & Reservations Manager India will lead the revenue optimization strategy and oversee reservations performance across all UHM properties in India.

This role is responsible for:

  • Driving RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy growth
  • Implementing pricing and inventory strategies
  • Managing OTA and distribution channel performance
  • Overseeing reservations processes and conversion efficiency
  • Ensuring strong data-driven decision making

This is a highly analytical and commercially critical leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Strategy & Optimization

  • Develop and execute country-level revenue strategies aligned with annual budgets.
  • Drive improvements in:
  • ADR (Average Daily Rate)
  • RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room)
  • Occupancy %
  • Market Penetration Index (MPI)
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly revenue analysis.
  • Lead forecasting processes and demand planning.

2. Pricing & Inventory Management

  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market demand.
  • Manage rate loading, rate parity, and channel pricing consistency.
  • Optimize room inventory allocation across distribution channels.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and adjust strategy accordingly.

3. Distribution Channel Management

  • Oversee performance of:
  • OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.)
  • Brand website
  • Direct channels
  • Corporate contracted rates
  • Reduce dependency on high-cost channels.
  • Optimize channel mix for profitability, not just volume.

4. Reservations Leadership

  • Oversee centralized or property-level reservations teams.
  • Improve conversion ratios and reduce booking leakage.
  • Monitor call quality, response times, and upselling effectiveness.
  • Implement SOPs for reservations processes.

5. Forecasting & Reporting

  • Prepare rolling forecasts and monthly revenue reports.
  • Analyze booking pace, pickup trends, and cancellation patterns.
  • Identify risks and opportunities early.
  • Present performance insights to Country Leadership.

6. Systems & Tools Management

  • Manage revenue systems and tools (RMS, PMS, channel managers).
  • Ensure rate integrity across all platforms.
  • Train property teams on revenue best practices.

7. Pre-Opening & Expansion Support

  • Develop revenue strategies for new property launches.
  • Build demand pipelines pre-opening.
  • Support distribution setup and OTA activation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 610 years of hotel revenue management experience.
  • Minimum 35 years in revenue leadership or cluster role.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience managing multi-property revenue preferred.
