Job Title: Country Manager India (Senior Leadership)
Location: Mumbai / Delhi, India (On-site)

The Company is looking for an experienced Country Manager India to lead its business expansion and operations across India. This senior leadership role comes with full P&L responsibility, aggressive sales targets, and the mandate to scale the business to greater heights, while managing and inspiring the Indian team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead India operations with complete P&L ownership.
- Drive sales, expansion, and new business development across multiple sectors.
- Oversee freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and project logistics.
- Expand business in chemicals, automotive, steel, and defense verticals.
- Develop IOR/EOR corridors (IndiaUS, IndiaAfrica, IndiaMiddle East).
- Scale warehousing (bonded & domestic) and road logistics operations.
- Incubate and grow 4PL control tower solutions using company's SCMProFit platform.
- Ensure compliance with Indian and international regulatory requirements.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, multi-city Indian team.
Ideal Candidate
- 1215 years of leadership experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
- Strong track record in sales, scaling business, and market expansion.
- Deep exposure to South India markets preferred.
- Hands-on experience with P&L management and multi-location leadership.
- Knowledge of chemicals, pharma, auto, or defense logistics is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to grow and lead teams.
