About the Role
Radware is seeking an entrepreneurial and highly driven Country Manager to establish and scale our Singapore business. This is a first-on-the-ground leadership role responsible for building market presence, developing strategic customer relationships, activating the partner ecosystem, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. The successful candidate will act as Radware's senior commercial leader in Singapore, owning the country strategy, sales execution, pipeline development, partner engagement, and customer success initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on builder who thrives in high-growth environments and has a proven track record of growing cybersecurity businesses from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue
- Own and deliver Singapore revenue, bookings, and pipeline targets.
- Develop and execute the country go-to-market strategy aligned with APJ objectives.
- Build a strong pipeline through direct engagement, partner-led motions, and targeted account-based campaigns.
- Identify, qualify, and close strategic enterprise, government, financial services, and telecommunications opportunities.
Strategic Account Development
- Establish executive relationships with C-level stakeholders across target accounts.
- Drive competitive displacement opportunities including application security, DDoS, API security, and cloud security solutions.
- Develop account plans for key strategic customers and drive long-term expansion.
Partner Ecosystem
- Recruit, activate, and grow strategic channel, MSSP, telco, and cloud partners.
- Develop joint business plans and co-sell motions with distributors and partners.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline and partner-led revenue growth.
- Ensure partner enablement, governance, and quarterly business reviews.
Market Leadership
- Represent Radware in the Singapore cybersecurity market.
- Develop relationships with key industry stakeholders, analysts, and influencers.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute local demand-generation programs and events.
- Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to APJ leadership.
Building the Business
- Establish operational discipline around forecasting, pipeline management, and sales execution.
- Build and lead a high-performing local team as the business scales.
- Foster a culture of accountability, customer success, and execution excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise technology or cybersecurity sales leadership experience.
- Proven experience growing a territory, country, or business unit from an early-stage or growth phase.
- Strong network within Singapore enterprise, public sector, financial services, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure sectors.
- Demonstrated success managing channel partners, MSSPs, distributors, and strategic alliances.
- Consistent track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior customer stakeholders.
- Highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Application Security, DDoS Protection, Cloud Security, API Security, Agentic AI/LLM or Network Security.
- Previous experience with cybersecurity vendors, MSSPs, cloud providers, or telecommunications partners.
- Experience building and scaling teams within ASEAN or APJ markets.
