Job Description

Role Overview:

The Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing overall business operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution of the company's strategy within the assigned country. This role requires strong leadership, market understanding, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute country-specific business strategies aligned with global objectives
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets (P&L ownership)
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand business presence
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Lead, mentor, and manage local teams across functions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
  • Oversee operational efficiency and optimize business processes
  • Represent the company in the local market and enhance brand presence
