This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, for a Country Head at Vizenta AI. The Country Head will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams. The role entails identifying and pursuing market opportunities, overseeing team performance, ensuring business targets are met, and serving as the face of the company in the region. The successful candidate will also collaborate with global teams, maintain industry relationships, and ensure adherence to corporate standards.

• Leadership and Management: Prior experience in leading teams, managing large-scale operations, and driving business growth in a competitive market
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Proven ability to devise and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals
• Business Development and Market Insights: Strong expertise in identifying market trends, developing partnerships, and maximizing revenue streams
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with AI, video intelligence, or technology-driven businesses is a plus
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data-driven insights to optimize business operations and decision-making
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
