Role Overview The role involves managing export operations, coordinating with overseas distributors and regional offices, and ensuring smooth execution of international business activities. The candidate will play a key role in driving sales performance, handling export documentation, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet business targets.
Roles & Responsibilities- Act as a primary point of contact for overseas distributors and regional offices; ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Handle day-to-day distributor queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Generate and issue Proforma Invoices on a monthly basis through SAP/ERP systems.
- Monitor payments, follow up with distributors, and ensure timely collections to meet monthly production and sales targets.
- Coordinate internally with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure seamless export operations.
- Manage export processes including preparation and verification of export documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Letter of Credit (LC) terms, Incoterms, shipment terms, and Free Trade Agreements (FTA).
- Perform SAP-related activities including order management, pricing, and tracking.
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, analyze sales performance, and study market trends.
- Update departmental MIS on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Support production planning through demand forecasting and coordination with production teams.
- Monitor market conditions and contribute insights for business strategy and planning.
Required Skillsets- Experience - 4-10 years
- Education - MBA (International Business preferred)
- Mandatory experience in the automobile industry.
- Strong experience in international business/export operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of export procedures, documentation, LC terms, Incoterms, shipment terms, and FTA.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
