Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing exceptional customer service.
• Explain the features and benefits of various jewelry pieces to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends and product knowledge.
