Job Description


Key Responsibilities :-

Customer Engagement: Welcome every client with warmth and professionalism, understand their design intent, space type, and functional needs, and guide them across our decorative and functional product range.
Product Knowledge: Master all SKUs under assigned categories (COBs, decorative, panels, etc.) and learn how different lights affect space, ambiance, and usability.
Sales Conversion: Assist in quotations, pricing, and final closure, and coordinate with billing, dispatch, and post-sale service.
CRM & Follow-up: Log all leads in CRM, follow up regularly, and maintain relationships with past clients for referrals and repeat business.
Issue Identification and Follow-Up: Politely follow up with the relevant person when issues arise, reminding them of pending tasks or responsibilities.
Problem Resolution: Identify the appropriate person to resolve sales-related issues and escalate when necessary.
Help Ticket Management: Raise help tickets for issues requiring intervention and confirm with the responsible party that the problem is resolved.
Corrective Action: Consult with management (designated supervisor) if corrective actions are needed to address sales process deviations.
Team Monitoring: Oversee collaborative activities with team members to ensure tasks are performed as expected.
Timely Execution: Ensure all sales processes are completed on time, proactively addressing bottlenecks to maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements

Learning & Skill Requirements :-

Lighting Design Knowledge: Understand color temperature, beam angles, CRI, lux levels; master layered lighting (ambient, accent, task, decorative); select appropriate lights for home, office, retail, etc.
Product-Specific Understanding: Know wattage, finishes, mounting types, dimming options; explain product premiumization; stay updated with CLC's latest launches.
Sales Excellence: Attend role-play and objection handling sessions; follow CLC's 6-Step Sales Process; handle price vs. value conversations effectively.
