D Mart in RC Puram, Hyderabad is hiring enthusiastic female candidates for the role of Counter Sales. As a Counter Sales professional at D Mart, you will be the face of our store, assisting customers with their needs, selling products, and contributing to our sales goals. This position requires a commitment to excellent customer service and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
In this full-time role, you will work six days a week from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs and providing relevant product information at D Mart.
- Effectively sell products, actively participating in up-selling and cross-selling to meet sales targets at D Mart.
- Maintain and achieve sales targets to contribute to store success.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers at D Mart.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Assist in restocking and organizing merchandise as needed.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in store promotions and special events to drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in Retail/Counter Sales is preferred for the role at D Mart.
- Open to candidates with all education levels.
