Key Responsibilities
- Handle all counter operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of foreign exchange transactions.
- Manage the FX Plus software, accurately inputting data and executing transactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing clear information.
- Deliver excellent client service, making sure customers have a positive and seamless experience.
- Offer guidance on foreign exchange rates and policies, helping clients make informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
