Now hiring: Indian-language Psychologists (Remote, session-based)
Role title (based on credentials and language proficiency)
Counselling Psychologist / Consulting Psychologist (Indian Language)
Clinical Psychologist title is used only where the clinician holds a valid RCI-recognised qualification and active RCI registration.
Work mode - Fully remote
Engagement type - Flexible, per-session (non-salaried; not a full-time employment role)
Client population - Adults (18+), working professionals
Core responsibilities
Deliver therapy sessions in at least one Indian vernacular language (primary) and English/Hindi as needed for coordination or documentation.
Conduct intake/induction assessments: concerns, goals, formulation, and treatment plan.
Maintain timely documentation (notes, plans, and outcome tracking where applicable).
Follow risk and escalation protocols for self-harm/safety concerns.
Coordinate through the NONU workflow for scheduling and follow-through (admin handled via the platform; clinicians stay focused on care).
Participate in quality processes as required (case discussions/peer review).
Minimum eligibility
Master's degree in Psychology (or higher) in a relevant specialisation.
Ability to independently conduct full therapy sessions in at least one Indian vernacular language.
Ethical practice standards, confidentiality discipline, and documentation readiness.
Willingness to commit a minimum number of sessions per month (captured in the application).
Selection process
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an induction-cum-interview. Tier placement and final onboarding are determined based on qualifications, experience, specialisation, language proficiency, and submitted credentials.
