Job Description

Student Counseling: Conduct sessions with students, providing information about training programs and job opportunities.

Skill Development: Help students identify strengths and weaknesses and create plans to improve skills and achieve career goals.
Student Support: Offer continuous support throughout training programs, including academic guidance, career advice, and personal counseling.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with students, alumni, and industry professionals to assist informed career decisions.
Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with team members to design strategies that attract and retain students.
Event Participation: Attend career fairs and other events to promote training programs and job opportunities.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely reports to management.
