Key Responsibilities
- Conduct counselling sessions (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, email) with prospective students and parents.
- Understand student goals, educational background, and recommend appropriate PW courses.
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed enrolments.
- Maintain detailed CRM records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Provide accurate information about fees, schedules, batch formats, and learning outcomes.
- Achieve weekly and monthly counselling and conversion targets.
- Work with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Education, Business, Psychology, or related field).
- 13+ years of experience in student counselling, admissions, inside sales, or client communication (EdTech preferred).
- Empathetic listener with strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to manage high volumes of enquiries.
