Role Description

This full-time, on-site Counselor role at our institute in Pune City involves guiding prospective students through the enrollment process. Responsibilities include delivering program information, addressing questions, providing support throughout the registration process, and assisting candidates in relevant career development opportunities. The Counselor will also coordinate interviews, help organize examination logistics, and maintain student records effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and address their concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing student documents, examination registrations, and scheduling
• Knowledge of education or vocational training programs, with familiarity with medical coding or CPC certification being advantageous
