Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor, based in Ashta. The Counselor will guide students in choosing relevant computer courses, address inquiries about educational programs, and provide career counseling. Responsibilities include assessing students needs, advising on suitable courses, and supporting them throughout their learning journey. Additional duties include maintaining accurate student records and collaborating with instructors to ensure students success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
• Ability to guide students in career planning and course selection
• Familiarity with educational programs related to computer courses, programming, and IT subjects
• Organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining student records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications is required
• Experience in educational counseling is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field is preferred
