Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Counselor role, located in Kochi. The Counselor will be responsible for providing expert guidance to students and professionals on educational programs, career migration opportunities, and international admission processes. Daily responsibilities include one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing client requirements, providing tailored solutions, assisting with visa and licensing applications, and coordinating with international institutions. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, staying updated on changing international education policies, and delivering exceptional support to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills for effective client engagement and counseling
• Knowledge of international admissions, visa processes, and healthcare migration pathways
• Ability to research and access up-to-date information on global education and career opportunities
• Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and reporting tools
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients
• Passion for helping individuals achieve their international education and career goals
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional language skills are an advantage
• Experience in education consultancy or career counseling is preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field
