Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Counselor, based in Ahmedabad. The Visa Counselor will assist clients with visa applications, manage documentation processes, and provide guidance regarding visa requirements. The role involves counseling students and clients on their eligibility, reviewing and processing files, and ensuring compliance with visa regulations. The individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively guide clients and build relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, documentation management, and attention to detail in processing visa applications.
• Knowledge of visa regulations, application procedures, and the ability to stay updated with new policies and requirements.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to address application challenges and provide comprehensive solutions.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in common office software and tools for documentation and record-keeping.
• Experience in immigration consulting, student counseling, or visa processing is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields is advantageous.
