Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated full-time Counselor to join our team. This is an on-site role based in Hyderabad. As a Counselor, you will provide guidance to students in selecting academic programs, universities, and study destinations. You will assist students with the application process, review their profiles, provide advice on career opportunities, and offer continuous support for visa applications and pre-departure preparations. You will act as a dependable source of information and mentorship to ensure a smooth and successful transition abroad for aspiring students.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of educational programs, application processes, and university admissions criteria for countries like the US, UK, Canada, and Australia
• Ability to provide career counseling and guide students in selecting courses and universities based on their individual aspirations and academic qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students and parents professionally
• Organizational skills to manage multiple student profiles, applications, and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used for managing student records, research, and online communication
• Familiarity with visa application processes in various countries is an advantage
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Prior experience in student counseling or education consultancy preferred.
• A culturally sensitive and empathetic approach to working with students from diverse backgrounds.
• We are looking for candidate with 2 to 3 years of experience in overseas education industry.
