We are seeking a motivated Counselor Cum Center Manager for an evening shift to manage admission-related queries and provide guidance to prospective students. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English, a pleasant personality, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle admission-related queries from students and parents.
- Conduct tele-calling activities to engage and guide prospective students.
- Maintain records of student interactions and admissions.
- Motivate and assist students to make informed decisions.
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for admissions and center operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate (fresher or experienced).
- Excellent command over Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive in handling responsibilities.
