Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding programs, eligibility, admissions, and career opportunities.
• Understand student requirements and provide personalized course and career guidance.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, leads, and follow-ups to drive admissions.
• Explain program details, fee structure, scholarships, and admission processes effectively.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to improve conversion and enrollment.
• Update lead status, interactions, and follow-up activities accurately in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the Admissions, Academics, and other relevant departments for smooth student onboarding.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly counseling and admission targets.
• Participate in counseling events, admission drives, and student engagement activities.
