About the Role

Advent Education Global Advisors is looking for energetic and empathetic Student Relationship Executives for our Navi Mumbai branch.

You will be the first point of contact for students and parents, understand their career and education requirements, maintain regular communication with them, and coordinate their counselling journey with our Chief Mentors and Career Counsellors.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with students and parents
• Understand students career and education requirements
• Coordinate counselling sessions with Chief Mentors
• Schedule appointments and maintain regular student follow-ups
• Guide students through assessments and counselling processes
• Maintain student information and follow-ups in the CRM
• Coordinate with internal counselling, admissions and support teams
• Ensure every student receives a professional and positive experience
• Follow up with enquiries and help convert interested students into counselling appointments

Who Can Apply

Freshers are encouraged to apply. No previous counselling experience is required.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, confident and professional personality
• Empathy and patience while communicating with students and parents
• Basic computer and digital skills
• Good English communication
• Marathi/Hindi communication skills preferred for the Navi Mumbai market
• Strong willingness to learn and build a career in education and career counselling

Most Important

This is an on-site position in Navi Mumbai. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Navi Mumbai or nearby areas who can conveniently commute to the branch.

Starting Salary: 20,000 per month
