Counsellor/ Relationship Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counsellor/Relationship Manager, based in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and offering solutions aligned with LifeGuru's mission. Key responsibilities include providing consultations, resolving client queries, collaborating with internal teams to develop customized offerings, and ensuring a seamless spiritual experience for clients.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact and build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and active listening skills to address client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Experience in counseling, client relationship management, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with spiritual practices, Vedic protocols, or ancient wisdom is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Proficiency in planning and organizational skills to manage client consultations and maintain records.
• Relevant educational qualifications in psychology, counseling, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
