Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Counsellor role based in South Delhi. The Counsellor will assist students in planning their academic and career paths by providing guidance on available courses, universities, and study destinations. Responsibilities include connecting with students to understand their goals, suggesting tailored solutions, conducting one-on-one counselling sessions, and guiding students through the application and visa processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively counsel students and parents
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including time management and multitasking
• Proficiency in research, analysis, and providing informed academic and career advice
• Knowledge of international education systems, entrance exams (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, GRE), and visa procedures
• Passion for mentoring and supporting students in achieving their educational goals
• Experience in counselling or similar roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields is highly desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
