Role Overview
Arena Animation Anna Nagar is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Counsellor (Fresher) to guide prospective students regarding our animation, VFX, graphic design, and multimedia courses. The role involves student interaction, admissions support, and maintaining strong communication throughout the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel walk-in and online inquiries about courses and career paths
- Explain course details, fees, and benefits clearly to students and parents
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain records of inquiries and admissions
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams
- Provide excellent front-office support
Requirements
- Any degree (mandatory)
- Freshers are welcome
- Good verbal communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Presentable and professional behavior
