Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-focused Counsellor Cum Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling prospective students about our courses, making follow-up calls, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from prospective students.
- Understand students career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, duration, fees, batches, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students until admission.
- Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the training/academic team regarding course-related queries.
- Handle walk-in enquiries and provide counselling to students and parents.
- Build a positive relationship with students and ensure a good counselling experience.
- Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with calling-based work.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in education counselling, telecalling, sales, or admission counselling will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Candidates should be energetic, presentable, and comfortable interacting with students.

Experience: 0–2 Years
Salary: 15,000–18,000 per month
