Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Counsellor cum IELTS Trainer. The Counsellor cum IELTS Trainer will be responsible for providing personalized counseling to students and working professionals, helping them navigate the admissions process to top international universities. They will also be responsible for preparing students for the IELTS exam through targeted training sessions, including developing personalized study plans and providing practice materials. Additionally, the role involves tracking student progress, offering feedback, and adjusting instruction methods to optimize learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Counselling and mentoring skills for guiding students and working professionals
• Experience in preparing students for the IELTS exam, including developing study plans and providing feedback
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with international university admissions processes
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counselling, English, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
