Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counsellor-Cum-Center Coordinator at our Noida Location. The professional will be responsible for guiding students with course offerings, providing educational counseling, managing admissions, and ensuring smooth operations of the center. Additional tasks include maintaining student records, facilitating communication between staff and management, and planning and organizing events to promote courses.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and communication skills to guide students and address their requirements effectively
• Proficiency in organizational and administrative responsibilities, including managing records and coordinating center activities
• Proven experience in event planning, customer service, and center operations management
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team while also taking individual initiative
• Familiarity with arts and design education or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Arts, Design, or Management
• Proficient in using basic office software and digital communication tools
