Job Description
Tech Bodhi is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right IT training and career development programs.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach to counseling, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students, freshers, and working professionals regarding training programs and career opportunities.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Explain course curriculum, career prospects, fees, and batch schedules.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Education, Training, EdTech, or Skill Development industry.
- Knowledge of IT courses and technology career paths.
- Experience in tele-counseling and admissions.
