About The Role-
We are looking for two Counselling Quality Check (QC) Interns to support the admissions and counselling operations at Newton School of Technology. This role involves observing and evaluating counselling sessions to ensure adherence to quality standards, communication guidelines, and process consistency across all three NST campuses. It's an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to understand student counselling, admissions, and engagement operations in an educational setup.
Key Responsibilities-
- Observe and evaluate counselling sessions to ensure alignment with defined standards and scripts.
- Identify communication gaps, inconsistencies, or deviations from process guidelines.
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to counsellors based on QC pointers.
- Maintain detailed evaluation reports and update relevant trackers.
- Assist with NSAT sessions, interviews, and other admission-related activities as required.

- Current student or recent graduate in any discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
