Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counseling Intern, located in Rajkot. The Counseling Intern will be responsible for supporting students mental health and academic growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, providing emotional and academic support, assisting in developing comprehensive counseling programs, and collaborating with teachers and parents to address student needs. The intern will also help organize mental health workshops and awareness campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in counseling, psychology, or social work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with students
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and staff
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with educational systems and student support programs (a plus)
