Counselling Intern

This is an internship role for a Counselling Intern, based in Gurugram and requiring on-site presence. As a Counselling Intern, your primary responsibilities will include providing educational guidance and support to students, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting students in understanding their career options, and guiding them through the application processes. Additionally, you will conduct research to stay updated on educational trends and collaborate with team members to create updated resources and tools for students.

• Excellent research, organizational, and information-gathering abilities.
• Ability to explain complex processes clearly and provide personalized recommendations.
• Proficiency in using online tools and platforms; basic knowledge of educational systems in India is a plus.
• Empathy, patience, and a student-first approach.
• Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field is highly preferred.
