This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselling Intern based in Ahmedabad. The Counselling Intern will assist students in evaluating their academic interests and career aspirations, facilitate career guidance sessions, and administer DMIT and AI-powered assessments. The role will also involve preparing comprehensive reports on students strengths and opportunities, collaborating with educational institutions, and supporting families in the decision-making process.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with students and families
• Analytical and counseling skills for understanding assessments and providing tailored recommendations
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and interpreting results, including DMIT and AI tools
• Organizational and coordination skills to collaborate with academic institutions and manage schedules
• Knowledge of education systems, academic paths, and career opportunities, particularly in Gujarat
• Empathy and active listening abilities to effectively support and guide students
• Proficiency in English and Gujarati is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field, or equivalent experience
