We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Councillor specializing in the travel domain for an on-site, full-time role based in Noida. The role involves guiding students through the entire process of studying abroad, including course and university selection, offering visa and SOP assistance, and ensuring a seamless student accommodation experience. Day-to-day activities will also involve providing career-oriented advice, assisting with placement and internship opportunities, and maintaining communication with students, universities, and accommodation providers.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to guide and assist students effectively.
• Knowledge of university admission procedures, visa processes, and international education systems.
• Experience in the travel domain, including understanding of student accommodation and relocation logistics.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to provide end-to-end assistance to students.
• Proficiency in relevant computer programs and CRM software to manage client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused, on-site environment in Noida.
• Prior experience in education consulting, student counseling, or a related field is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in education, international relations, or travel management is preferred.
