Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose complex vehicle problems using advanced diagnostic tools

• Handle technical escalations, troubleshooting & warranty-related issues

• Support technicians in advanced repairs

• Ensure repairs meet Mahindra quality standards

• Train technicians on new vehicle technologies

• Coordinate with Service Management & OEM Technical Support

• Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively

Required Skills:

✔ Strong knowledge of automobile systems – Engine, Transmission, Electrical & Electronics

✔ Excellent diagnostic & fault-finding skills

✔ Good communication and teamwork

✔ Knowledge of computers & diagnostic software
