Qualification: Bcom and CMA or Inter-CMA

Role Overview:
The role provides critical support to the Cost & Management Accounting function, focusing on accurate cost tracking, analysis, and reporting to aid financial planning, control, and decision-making. The candidate will work closely with finance and operational teams to ensure reliable cost data and contribute to improving financial transparency and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation and analysis of product costing, standard cost updates, and variance analysis
- Support monthly and quarterly closing activities related to cost accounting
- Help in compiling and maintaining cost allocation reports for different cost centers and production lines
- Collect and analyze data for overhead absorption, WIP valuation, and inventory costing
- Coordinate with operations and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost inputs
- Assist in developing cost control measures, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements
- Participate in the preparation of internal management reports and dashboards
- Support internal and external audit requirements related to cost records
- Help ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal controls
