*Position:* Development & costing Engineer
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Responsible for key deliverables for new projects from concepts phase to mass production.
2. Design review for product development and prototype development.
3. Plan for material and manufacturing process.
4. Effective communication with customers.
5. Create Bill of Material
6. Ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing processes like laser cutting, bending, welding, powder coating etc.
7. Manage NPD projects from concept through launch.
8. Create project timelines, track progress amd ensure deadlines and quality taragets are met.
9. Estimate cost and lead time for NPD and manufacturing.
10. Optimize designs for cost- effectiveness.
*Requirements:*
1. *Experience*: 3+ years in (Mechanical Development and costing )
2. *Education*: BE Mechanical/DME
3. *Skills*: Professional experience in NPD, Process engineerig and Fabrication process in Sheet Metal domain for all NPD and using Solid works software.
