Associate – Automation Support (Cost & Revenue)

About the Role:
We are looking for an Associate with 3–4 years of experience to support automation initiatives within the Cost & Revenue function. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance operations, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, and the ability to analyze business requirements to support automation and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support automation projects related to Cost and Revenue processes.
- Understand and analyze Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Interpret customer and vendor Statements of Work (SOWs) to understand business requirements.
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to support automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Assist in documenting business requirements, process flows, and automation use cases.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in finance-related operational processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Business Analysis, or Process Automation.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
- Good understanding of basic finance concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in reading and interpreting Customer/Vendor Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Telecom domain.
- Exposure to automation or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Cost & Revenue management processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar) is an added advantage.
