Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Cost Manager will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing budgets, and conducting cost analyses. Daily tasks include preparation of Bill of Quantity, negotiating with vendors, and sharing the final budget for the project. The Cost Manager will also collaborate with the design and build teams to optimize cost efficiency and ensure accurate billing closures.

• Strong Vendor Network
• Experience in monitoring project expenditures and ensuring budgetary compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively with design and build teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
