Role requirement

• Support SAP implementation from a Finance & Costing perspective as part of the F&A team.

• Manage master data handling, chart of accounts, grouping with financials, and

account consolidation.

• Understand business requirements and analyze bulk data to generate meaningful

financial and operational reports.

• Provide functional expertise in Costing within a manufacturing setup.

• Act as a liaison between FICO technical teams and business teams, ensuring

smooth communication and requirement gathering.

• Design and develop dashboards and reports for presentation to the leadership

team.

Skills, Competencies & Experience

• Deep understanding of SAP environment in manufacturing industry.

• Expertise in Product Costing

• Good understanding of cost elements including cost allocation

• Experience in creating dashboards and MIS reports for senior leadership.

• Prior experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation in mid-to large-sized organizations will be

preferred.

• Ability to bridge gaps between technical teams (FICO) and business stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex scenarios

and system logics.

• Team management and coordination skillsto drive SAP projects effectively.

• Strong analytical skills
