Company Description ARC Consultants specializes in providing cost estimation and quantity takeoff services for construction projects across a range of sectors. The company supports clients in planning, budgeting, and executing projects by delivering accurate, timely, and structured cost data. ARC Consultants focuses on helping contractors, developers, and project owners make informed financial decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cost Estimator role based in Mira Bhayandar. The Cost Estimator will prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for construction projects using drawings, specifications, and related documents. Responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, evaluating materials and labor needs, and developing accurate budgets and cost summaries.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Cost Management and Cost Control to support accurate planning and effective financial oversight.
• Proficiency in Project Estimation and Budgeting to develop, refine, and present comprehensive construction cost proposals.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret drawings, specifications, and data, and to evaluate multiple cost scenarios.
• Experience with construction estimation software and MS Excel or similar tools.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local market rates.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management abilities.
