Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Study of Tender in aspect of Technical Commercial.
- Preparation of Technical Commercial queries for Pre-bid meeting.
- Making design calculation, preparation of rough drawings for estimation purpose,
- Preparation BOM along with technical specification as per client given scope.
- Understanding the site Execution scope for Tendering.
- Product Costing: Equipment models, spares process equipment.
- On the basis of different codes standards calculation of Manpower Supply,
- Consumables tools tackles requirement etc.
- Negotiations with Vendors for the best cost estimation of Project.
- Taking quotations from approved Vendors. Preparation of Techno-commercial comparison.
- Attending the Pre-bid meeting, Site Visit fruitful discussion with Client to know the site hindrances which can cause impact on Project Costing. Also, preparation of detailed report of Pre-bid, Site Visit sharing the same with reporting authority.
