Job Title: Cost Estimation Engineer HVAC

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in cost estimation, preferably in HVAC projects.

Salary Range: 4.5 6 LPA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Estimation Engineer (HVAC) with a strong mechanical background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing technical drawings, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting project bids within the HVAC domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects based on technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
• Analyze project requirements and provide accurate material, labor, and equipment cost evaluations.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to gather necessary data for estimation.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate cost-related aspects to ensure competitive pricing.
• Assist in preparing bid proposals and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Monitor market trends, material costs, and labor rates to maintain updated cost databases.
• Support project managers with cost control, budget tracking, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, client specifications, and industry codes.
