Job Description

..Key Responsibilities:..

• Conduct competitor product studies and teardown analysis to understand market positioning and design features
• Manufacturing Process Knowledge.
• Perform product and component cost estimation for Greenfield and Brownfield projects (Sales Price, Design to Cost, negotiation calculations, RPP)
• Execute technical studies on manufacturing processes, design features, and material specifications
• Predict and document assembly techniques and sequences for product manufacturing
• Develop detailed product comparison reports and technical documentation
• Engage withsuppliers and vendors to gather cost and capability information
• Apply holistic cost engineering methods and processes to optimize product economics
• Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities based on cost analysis
• Maintain knowledge ofcompetitor tracking and market benchmarking trends
• Analyze product cost structures and provide insights for design optimization

Qualifications

BE in Mechanical/ Automotive/ Mechatronics Engineering
