The Cost Controller – CMA will be responsible for monitoring and controlling product and manufacturing costs at LOYKA. The role will focus on product costing, cost variance analysis, inventory, wastage, profitability and cost optimization in our FMCG business.

• Prepare and maintain product-wise standard costing and actual costing.
• Analyse raw material, packaging, labour, production and overhead costs.
• Review BOM, material consumption, production yield and wastage.
• Perform standard vs. actual cost and variance analysis.
• Monitor product-wise cost, margins and profitability.
• Validate costing data with Production, Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
• Monitor inventory costs, stock movement and valuation.
• Identify cost leakages, inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Support pricing decisions and new product costing through detailed cost analysis.
• Prepare costing MIS and regular management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost planning.
• Develop and improve cost control processes and reporting systems.
• Provide management with actionable insights to improve cost efficiency and profitability.

• CMA Qualified with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, product costing and variance analysis.
• Hands-on understanding of BOM, inventory, production costs and wastage.
• Strong MS Excel and ERP skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
