Summary of the Position
We are looking for a Cost Control Specialist whose main responsibilities include preparing cost control reports and calculating direct cost forecasts for the project. This role reports directly to the Cost Control Leader.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly project execution budget reports.
- Assess project risks and identify improvement opportunities.
- Perform regular cost-control calculations and analyses.
- Support the team with additional tasks related to cost control as required.
Technical Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 5-10 years experience in Cost control
- Previous experience in project direct cost control, quantity surveying, or cost control.
- Strong understanding of project and contract management.
- Good analytical skills.
- Knowledge of S-curve methodology.
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong planning and decision-making abilities.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
