Job Description

Work with all stakeholders of the project for Project Pre-costing, Cost
Estimation, Monitoring Control of budget during project execution After Project closeout
Proficient in preparation of L1/L2/L3/L4 level costing
Knowledge about cost estimation techniques like Lang Method / Factorial method/ Analogous / Parametric etc.
Able to work out overall project costing based on historical data in SAP
Ability to do cost estimation for all disciplines like Mechanical / Electrical /Instrument / Civil etc.
Monitoring Tracking Budget actual and Variance data
Maintaining Historical Project data for cost comparison over the time
Project cost estimation at Conceptual stage, Project Initiation stage, Project
execution Project commissioning stage
Project cost monitoring on Procurement Services
Budget Monitoring in SAP
Responsible for cost estimation of assigned project from the initial to final stage. This will require meetings with users to fully determine their needs fulfilling the same.
Monthly Weekly MIS of all Projects Cost Budget and actual cost variance to the project team and stakeholders
Responsible for overall monitoring of Project Budget control.
Ability to handle cash flow management
