Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying or equivalent approved qualification 

Qualifications & Technical Skills 

Bachelor's degree in engineering 

6-8 years of experience in cost control 

Hold recognized certificates related to cost management is preferred 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Proficiency in cost estimating, budgeting, and cost accounting principles 

Advanced skills using Excel is a must 

Power BI is preferred 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
