Cost Control Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for the position of Senior Cost Control Engineer. Key responsibilities include overseeing project budgets, preparing cost estimates, tracking project expenses, generating cost reports, and analyzing financial data to ensure projects stay within approved budgets. The Senior Cost Control Engineer will collaborate closely with project managers and teams to address cost deviations and implement cost-effective solutions.

• Proven skills in cost estimation, cost control, and budget management
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and data interpretation tools
• Strong expertise in project management with a focus on construction and engineering projects
• Advanced knowledge of BIM and MEP systems, with a specialization in HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and Plumbing services
• Proficiency in project management tools, cost control software, and spreadsheets
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Educational qualifications in Engineering or a related field; a certification in cost control or project management is a plus
• Experience in international projects is highly desirable
